PlastiBond 68 has been specially formulated for laminating high pressure laminate to particle board, fiber board, or plywood. It may also be used for panel on frame and Masonite to wood or particle board. PlastiBond is economical and provides excellent mileage and ease of use.

MASTERBOND 187

This product has been specially formulated for veneer to particle board lamination.  It can also be used for panel on frame, high pressure laminate and Masonite, particle board or MDF board.  It can also be used for general purpose wood to cloth, paper, leather, and other cellulosic materials.

LAMINATING 300

Laminating 300 is a high solids, aggressive tack, fast setting adhesive designed for bonding many metal surfaces & laminates such as aluminum, steel, brass and tin.  LAM 300 can be used on metal foil laminations, metalized films and heat seal applications to hard board, plywood, particle board and other metal substrates.  It can also be used for Mylar, PVC and cloth films in which the adhesive can be coated, dried and heat sealed to a variety of surfaces.

L-6821

Laminating L-6821 was developed specifically for bonding High Pressure Laminate to MDF and particle board.  The product can be post formed on automatic assembly lines or can be wet bonded in the traditional cold press method.  Laminating L-6821 is a high in solids and therefore requires very short press times.  It is specifically suited for applying HPL on nip roll lines with or without heated rollers.

L-7761

L-7761 adhesive has been specially formulated for cold pressing curve panels in vacuum bag systems. It also provides a rigid glue line and is suitable for bonding veneers. L-7761 contains fillers to help prevent bleed thru on veneers.

LAMINATING 231

LAM 231 is a high solids adhesive formulated for hot pressing veneers or high pressure laminate to particle board, plywood and MDF. Lam 231 provides high green strength and is post formable.

MULTIGRIP 1015

MultiGrip 1015 is a pre-catalyzed wood adhesive known for its uniform results. An important characteristic of this adhesive is its good impact resistance and high percentage of wood fiber failure. MultiGrip 1015 is excellent for hot pressing veneers to pressed wood, chip core and Masonite to wood and to itself. It is also successful with other cellulosic materials providing that at least one surface is porous to allow moisture to leave the glue line.

MULTIGRIP 1020

MultiGrip 1020 is a shelf stable pre-catalyzed cross-linking wood adhesive. It can be applied by most conventional methods and can be used for hot press, cold press, or radio frequency gluing. MultiGrip 1020 can be used for a variety of wood assembly applications where a water resistant glue line is desired. It is most specifically designed for hot pressing veneers to particle board, MDF, and wood cores as it contains shell flour to help prevent bleed through on porous veneers.

6544

This product is specially formulated for laminating thin and medium weight papers to particleboard, MDF, luaun and MDF on continuous line flat line laminators. This product provides excellent tack and fast set.

1528 ED

1528 ED is a premium quality decorative vinyl laminating adhesive primarily used for laminating unsupported and supported vinyl to MDF, particle board and other substrates on continuous flat line laminators.  The product provides quick tack, fast set and long-lasting durable bonds.

F-20

F-20 is a spray grade general purpose contact adhesive widely used for adhering high pressure laminates and plastics to particleboard, fiberboard and plywood.

6043

6043 is a versatile, premium waterborne contact adhesive developed to provide excellent bonds when applied by conventional roll coaters, glue spreaders and airless sprayers.  This adhesive may be used for bonding decorative laminates, plastics, flakeboard, plywood and etc. to desk, counter and cabinet tops and for bonding a wide variety of skins and cores in laminated panel construction.  6043 is post formable.  It will not cause roll collapse when applied to expanded polystyrene core materials.

6046

6046 is a versatile, waterborne contact VOC free adhesive developed to provide excellent bonds when applied by conventional roll coaters and glue spreaders. This adhesive may be used for bonding decorative laminates, plastics, flakeboard, plywood, etc. to desk, counter and cabinet tops and for bonding a wide variety of skins and cores in laminated panel construction. It will not cause roll collapse when applied to expanded polystyrene core materials. Under most circumstances 6046 will postform where extended tack times are required.
